Back by popular demand, the Ohio State Parks Foundation is once again encouraging park enthusiasts from throughout the state to Vote For Your Favorite Park! Last year Hocking Hills and Lake White were the top vote-getters. Who will it be this year?? 

Starting on Earth Day, April 22^nd, you can show your love for your favorite State Park, broken down into two categories - Marquee and Gemstone parks. Your opportunity to vote ends on April 29^th, so don’t wait!  

Here’s how you can Vote For Your Favorite Park: 

• Visit the Ohio State Parks Foundation’s Vote For Your Favorite Park page 
• Vote for your favorite park from the Marquee and Gemstone categories – (Heart of the Parks Members’ votes count double!) 
• Donate along with your vote 

50% of the total proceeds will be split between the gemstone and marquee parks. The remaining will go towards OSPF's mission of enhancing, preserving, and protecting Ohio State Parks. 

☘️ Two lucky voters will be randomly selected to win an official Ohio State Parks passport book, a fun way to visit all of Ohio’s scenic state parks with the added benefit of giving visitors a chance to commemorate each visit. 

☘️ But that’s not all... One voter will be randomly selected to receive a two-day RV rental from our good friends at RV Wholesalers!  Black out dates include July 1-15, Labor Day Weekend.

Ohio State Parks are one of only seven state park systems in the nation where park admission remains free and accessible to all. Everyone can enjoy the benefits of our parks—whether it be by wandering trails, attending community events, spending time with friends, or simply finding moments of quiet respite in the outdoors. 

Take a few minutes to think about your favorite park, and what it truly means to you. Like the millions of annual visitors, you likely have many fond memories of hikes, picnics, camping trips, and more. Whether it’s with family, friends, or alone in a quiet spot by your favorite tree or favorite creek, Ohio State Parks mean so much to so many…
